City Commission


The Creekside Commission is an elected body as per the Kentucky Statutes. Commissioners are elected for two year terms, and the mayor for four years. See more information on the "What is a Sixth Class City?" page. The Commission meets the 2nd Monday of every month at Watkins United Methodist Church. Meetings begin at 6:30  PM and all residents are welcome to attend.

Due to COVID -19 and in compliance with Ky House Bill 150, it may be necessary to conduct monthly meetings using audio or visual teleconference. If you desire to attend a regular meeting usually held at 6:30pm on the second Monday of each month at Watkins Methodist Church, call City Clerk Myrna McGimsey 502 425-8191 and she will inform you of meeting location/format. If it is a visual teleconference, she will give you information as to how to access the meeting.
