UPCOMING EVENTS:

The next city-wide garage sale will take place on Saturday, September 11th from 8am-1pm. Contact Commissioner O'Hare, sarahcreeksidecity@gmail.com with any questions.

City Garage Sales
The City generally sponsors a city-wide garage sale two Saturdays a year, once in the spring and again in the fall.

4th of July Parade & Party
In 2009 the City began having a parade to celebrate the 4th of July. Local dignitaries attend, as do representatives of the local fire and police department. A fun time is had by all, whether they be marchers or watchers.

Halloween Party
The City also sponsors a cookout on Halloween evening, and has done so for many years. It's a good to meet the neighbors and no one goes away hungry.

Christmas Eve Luminaries
Weather permitting, residents are asked to set out luminaries on Christmas Eve, with the City supplying
the needed bags. It's a pretty sight when everyone along a street participates. The City also decorates the frontage with wreaths and garland for the holiday.
